The 2018 Jeep Wrangler proved to be quite popular at the Los Angeles Auto Show 2017. We named it Best in Show and we were hardly the only ones who were excited about it. One of our photographers reported a 45-minute wait just to get to the opening. Rumors and leaks about the new Wrangler have emerged since the end of the summer.
We even saw some test donkeys while testing PickupTrucks.com near the Arizona-Nevada border. The leaked owner’s manuals and accessories kept us captivated when we moved to the fall when Jeep finally released an official picture of the entire Wrangler ahead of the L.A performance.
And then the EPA posted fuel-economy figures on its site, triggering other speculations. The disclosure was mobbed, as mentioned above, but even with all the information out there, Jeep still managed to surprise by announcing plans for a plug-in hybrid Wrangler for the 2020 model.
Keep up with our news page next week because we can finally tell you how it feels to drive a new generation of JL Jeep Wrangler. Here are some descriptions of the Jeep Wranglers that are currently popular.
